Leadwell International Manpower Services, Inc. is a Philippine recruitment agency licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers. Established in 1996, head office in Paco, Manila, with a branch in Davao. For nearly three decades we have connected international employers with qualified Filipino personnel, with complete documentation and compliance handled on both sides.

Accreditation
Recruitment Agreement and Special Power of Attorney signed, authenticated, then verified by the competent Migrant Workers Office.

Job order
Requirement received, screened against localisation rules in your country, then registered.

Shortlisting & assessment
Screening, interviews, and practical trade test or professional verification.

Processing
Accredited medical, pre-departure orientation, complete document file per worker.

Deployment
Visa and OEC issuance, departure scheduled, arrival confirmed.
Compliance
- DMW Licence DMW-789-LB-07092026-R, valid through August 2032 — accreditation will not lapse mid-project.
- Localisation screening before an order is accepted; roles reserved for nationals are flagged and excluded.
- The contract signed in Manila is the same one registered with the competent authority in your country.
